Mackenzie books a new movie “The Warren...

This is TOO EXCITING for words! Mackenzie has booked a new feature film, again! She just signed with New Line Cinema to star in the upcoming Horror film “THE WARREN FILES”. All we know about the movie is that it tells the story of two detectives who decide to investigate the Perron family, a family who claimed they “lived among the dead” as spirits (both friendly and sinister) inhabited their Rhode Island farmhouse. Mackenzie will be playing one of true-life kids of the Perron family, meaning she’ll be getting a good amount of screen time! An interesting fact is that the story plays in the 70‘s, so we’ll be seeing lots of fancy costumes and sets.
Mackenzie will be working with an amazing cast, including Vera Farmiga and Patrick Wilson (as the investigators), Lilli Taylor and Ron Livingston (as the Perrons), and 12-year old Joey King (as the other Perron kid). As for the crew, the screenplay is by Chad and Carey Hayes, produced by Peter Safran and Tony DeRosa-Grun, and will be directed by James Wan. Such a wonderful cast!
Shooting for “The Warren Files” is scheduled to start February 21 in North Carolina, same place Mackenzie shot “Plastic Jesus”.
